I just printed out the adoption papers to sign and return. My cousin will be filing this week!!
YAY!!
It'll still be a while ... but what a BIG first step. I'm so excited! 
In other news ... my BP is still high, but I'm feeling ok. I actually got a whole bunch of stuff done today, and that always feels good.
